Merry Christmas!!

Adam's first Christmas... he did great! Elijah's 2nd, and he just loved all his toys! He got a newer BETTER toddler bed, because it is BACKYARDIGANS! Along with a matching sheet/bed set, a Backyardigans table/chair set. My parents got him a train table and train set... and of course Santa brought Elijah and AJ a whole ton of stuff. The boys made out like bandits! (Or like Brandie says... it looks like we robbed a toy store!) And my parents got Patrick and me a Wii!! Plus some stuff with it! An extra remote, Mario Kart plus the steering wheel, the game Boom Blocks, and a rechargable stand for both our remotes! Here's the photos!

Jolly ol' St Nicholas

Elijah and AJ got to meet Santa for the first time today! Elijah didn't get to go last year, so this year he went! Of course hew as clinging to me, so I got to sit next to Santa and have my picture taken too. Although Santa didn't ask me what *I* wanted for Christmas... gosh! ;)

Snowed in!

We got a little over a foot of snow last week! Holy cow! That won't happen again for another 20 years... haha! It was SO beautiful though. It's still hanging around too... I love it!

And by the time it was done, this is what it looked like:

I tried taking Elijah out, but he just got mad.

Our Virginia trip!!

Elijah, my dad, and I all went to visit my sister for her COLLEGE GRADUATION last weekend! It was Elijah's very first plane trip!! He did FANTASTIC! We flew out of Ontario, had a short layover in Dallas, then into Richmond. Flew out on Friday and came back on Sunday. He did so well on the plane! I was such a proud mommy! He didn't fuss much at all. And 3 out of the 4 plane rides he slept about half way through the flight.

We had so much fun there, too. Elijah loved seeing his Aunt Melody, and meeting his Great Aunt Barrie and cousin (well, my cousin!) Lauren.

And Melody's graduation was great! We are all so proud... never thought that day would come!! (Okay, yeah, i have no room to talk... it is my turn next!!) My dad got as all VCU apparel. Melody & I got matching sweatshirts that say Virginia Commonwealth University, and Eli a tshirt that said the same.

here's our photos!

Looking at the planes... it was barely 6AM right here!

Our layover in Dallas, he was "talking" on the phone. He was just on the phone with Daddy, but continued to talk even after we hung up.

Playing outside after brunch

Finally worked it out!

Checking out Christmas lights. This picture doesn't do the house justice, but it was SUPER cool! The house was decorated all down the side and back and played music all day! I guess they do it in memory of their son who passed away. Very sweet!
